Shipping and Delivery

International Shipping:

 

We offer international shipping under the following terms and conditions:

Most orders are dispatched through trusted courier services such as DHL, FedEx, and UPS. Estimated delivery time for Varsity Jackets and Corsets is approximately 2 – 3 business weeks. While the majority of shipments are delivered within this timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to customs clearance procedures, security inspections, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Please note that shipping carriers operate independently, and therefore we do not have control over transit delays. As a result, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed, and refunds or credits will not be issued for delays caused during shipping or customs processing.

Custom Duty, Taxes, and VAT:

Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other applicable charges depending on the destination country’s regulations. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

We recommend contacting your local customs office or courier service provider to obtain detailed information regarding any potential fees before placing your order.

Please be advised that we strictly comply with international shipping regulations and will not provide false declarations, undervalue merchandise, or alter any information on customs documentation.

Packaging:

We take special care in packaging every order to ensure it arrives safely and in excellent condition. All items are securely packed in protective plastic bags and further enclosed in sturdy cardboard boxes to provide maximum protection during transit and handling.

Returns/Refund:

We accept returns for refunds if the request is made within 7 days of receiving the product. Exchange requests are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Customers are required to contact us in advance and obtain a return authorization before sending any item back. Returned merchandise must be shipped within 10 days after approval of the return request and must arrive in original, unused, and resalable condition without any damage.

Please note that all shipping and courier charges related to exchanges or replacements will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

Damaged Goods:

If your order arrives damaged during transit, please retain the product, shipping box, and all original packing materials. You must notify us promptly so that a claim can be initiated with the courier service, provided that shipping insurance coverage was purchased by the customer.

Please note that the courier company may require an inspection of the damaged item and packaging materials before approving any claim or compensation. Cooperation with the courier representative may be necessary to complete the claims process.

Canceling Orders:

We take pride in our fast and efficient order processing, and most orders are dispatched promptly once production has been completed. If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order by email at info@dressclubinternational.com

Once the order has been shipped, cancellations will no longer be possible, and any return requests will be handled according to our return and exchange policy stated above.
